Head Baker Phuong Bui shares, \u201cNo one deserves this award more than Sang this year. We\u2019ve faced numerous employee call-outs and emergency absences during night shifts. Sang stepped up to cover various roles \u2014 including mixing, deck baking, forming, and rack baking \u2014 to ensure the shift was completed successfully with his team. He\u2019s also willingly come in on his days off to fill in when we were short-staffed. Sang is extremely flexible, adjusting his days off whenever needed.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
