We leaven the loaf with our Organic White Starter.\u00a0<br><br>\u201cThe flours give the baguette great flavor and texture,\u201d says Sergio.\u00a0The starter helps develop the organic acids in the loaf, making the bread easier to digest and acting as a natural preservative. \u201cThe bottom line is it just has remarkable flavor, particularly when you\u2019re using grains that have integrity,\u201d says our founder, Leslie Mackie.
