Our <strong>Oberon\u2019s Rose Pavlova<\/strong> won the playful competition for best dessert. The dessert was collaboration between <strong>PNB<\/strong>\u2019s principal dancer <\/span><strong>Lucien Postlewaite<\/strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> and our pastry team, led by Sam Stout, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">our Retail Pastry Assistant Manager<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. They named their creation Oberon\u2019s Rose Pavlova.
