Join Leslie and the\u00a0Les Dames d\u2019Escoffier\u2019s\u00a0Green Tables<\/a> team at the Vashon Island Farmers Market<\/a>\u00a0before heading on a private tour of\u00a0Kurtwood Farms<\/a>, home to a happy herd of Jersey cows and renowned for its small-batch artisan cheese. From there, visit Langley Fine Gardens<\/a>, harvesters of some of the island’s best organic produce, and learn how they grow the perfect sun-ripened tomato.
